FFor IVVU and Netwerk Acute Zorg Midden-Nederland, I designed a series of infographics to present complex healthcare information in a clear, accessible and structured way.

The infographics were developed to support healthcare professionals, including GPs and care coordinators, in finding suitable temporary accommodation for older adults who require short-term care. They provide a clear overview of the different steps, responsibilities and key considerations involved in the care process.

The design focused on a clear visual hierarchy, logical structure and recognisable icons. By dividing information into concise sections and using colour coding and visual elements, complex information becomes easier to understand and quick to navigate.
